Hi.
Does any one remember Yorkshire Televsion's: First Tuesday Proggramme?
There is an episodes, that I recall and hope others will know.
The episode concerned was about a Indian/Asian Women who had Cancer. It was a Cancer caused by Man-made Radiation, and Medical Persons where puzzled, how the Woman, came to be in contact with such stuff. Her Adult Son, told the Reporter, that recalled His Mother, had told Him, that when She newly arrived in England in the 50's or 60's, a Government Official of the Day, knocked on Her Door and welcomed Her to England, and offered Her a 'welcoming' present - which was a Cake or item of Food. It was now belived, that item of Food, was laced with Radioactive Material. Hence the Women's Cancer.
